Jared Dokovna graduated in 2004 from Benjamin N. Cardozo school of law at Yeshiva Universtiy in New York City. At law school he was a member of a the Cardozo Trial Team, the Bet Tzedik Legal Clinic, the Cardozo Public Policy & Law Journal and also completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Mr. Dokovna also interned at the Manhattan and Suffolk County District Attorney’s Offices during law school.

After law school, Mr. Dokovna worked as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office in Miami, Florida. In Miami, he worked in teh courtroom daily to prosecute criminals. Mr. Dokovna prosecuted thousands of criminal cases while working in Miami including Murder, Robbery, Home Invassion, Burglary, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Battery, Organized Fraud, Drug Trafficking, White Collar Crime, Domestic Violence, Cyber Crimes, Probation Violation, Insurance Fraud, Medicare Fraud and Drunk Driving Cases. Before he left the State, he was head of a specially created repeat offender courtoom that only prosecute criminals with serious prior offenses. Mr. Dokovna left the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office to start his own law practrice.

Mr. Dokovna is committed to litigating cases on behlaf of his clients whether it be in Criminal, Family or Civil Courtrooms. He strives to present the best case he can for his clients based on the unique facts and applicable inherent in every case.

Mr. Dokovna has successfully advocated for his clients in courts throughout the State Courts of Florida as well as in Federal Courts in Florida Pennsylvania, New York & California.
